DealCheckng is a due diligence and verification service designed to help individuals, businesses, investors and organisations make informed decisions before entering into transactions. We help clients verify relevant information, identify potential red flags and better understand the risks associated with a proposed deal.
A transaction may look attractive on the surface but could involve hidden risks, inaccurate information or unresolved issues. DealCheckng helps you carry out appropriate checks before you buy, invest, partner with someone or sign an agreement.
Our services include:
- LandCheck: Due diligence on land and real estate transactions.
- AutoCheck: Verification and due diligence on used vehicles.
- CompanyCheck: Verification of company details and relevant business information.
- DeveloperCheck: Checks on property developers and real estate projects.
- PartnerCheck: Due diligence on prospective business partners.
- InvestCheck: Background and risk checks relating to proposed investments.

The scope of each service will depend on the nature of the transaction and the information or records available.
Our process is straightforward:
- 1
Tell us what you want to check. Explain the transaction and provide the relevant details.
- 2
Receive a quotation. We will confirm the proposed scope, fees and estimated turnaround time.
- 3
Authorise the check. Work begins once the required information, documents and payment arrangements are in place.
- 4
Receive your report. We provide a report of the checks conducted, findings, potential red flags, limitations and recommended next steps, as applicable.
Yes. LandCheck can include a review of title documents, relevant land registry searches, available information on encumbrances, ownership-related records and other agreed checks. Depending on the engagement, additional services such as site inspection or survey verification may be arranged.
Important: The checks available and their extent depend on the property, relevant authorities, records and agreed scope. No search can guarantee that every possible claim or risk has been identified.
Yes. AutoCheck can include verification of vehicle documents, chassis or VIN details, available ownership information and other agreed checks. A physical or mechanical inspection may also be arranged where included in the engagement.
Please note: Document checks alone cannot establish the complete mechanical condition of a vehicle or guarantee the discovery of hidden damage, odometer tampering or every adverse history.
We can conduct agreed checks on a company's registration details and other available corporate information, including relevant filings and records where accessible.
However, registration alone does not establish that a company is financially sound, trustworthy, properly licensed for every activity or capable of fulfilling its obligations. Additional checks may be required depending on the proposed transaction.
Yes. PartnerCheck and InvestCheck can help assess specified information about a prospective business partner, investor or investment opportunity. Depending on the engagement, this may include identity or corporate verification, relevant business history, available litigation records and other agreed risk indicators.
The checks are intended to support your decision-making; they do not guarantee the future conduct or performance of another party.
The information required depends on the service. It may include:
- Your name and contact details (phone number, email address, home address and others).
- The name or details of the person, company, vehicle or property to be checked.
- Relevant registration numbers, addresses, identification details or property descriptions.
- Available documents and information about the proposed transaction.
- Specific concerns or questions you want us to investigate.
We will inform you of any additional information required for your particular engagement.
Our fees depend on the type of check, complexity of the transaction, availability of records, location and whether specialist services or physical inspections are required.
We provide a quotation setting out the agreed scope and applicable fees before commencing work. Third-party search fees, inspection charges and other additional costs will be disclosed where applicable.
Turnaround time depends on the nature of the service, the completeness of the information provided and the response times of relevant registries, authorities or third-party professionals.
We will provide an estimated completion time when confirming your engagement. Delays may occur where additional information or external records are required.
Yes. Subject to the agreed service, we provide a written report outlining the checks conducted, relevant findings, identified discrepancies or red flags, unavailable information, limitations and recommended next steps, where appropriate.
The report will reflect the scope of the engagement and the information available at the time the checks were conducted.
No. Due diligence helps reduce uncertainty and identify potential risks, but it cannot eliminate every risk or guarantee the outcome of a transaction.
Our report is intended to help you make a more informed decision. You should consider its findings alongside your circumstances and obtain any additional specialist advice necessary before committing.
Our primary purpose is verification and due diligence before or in connection with a transaction. We may identify relevant information that helps you assess your options, but investigations, debt recovery, litigation, dispute resolution and other legal services are not automatically included in a verification engagement. Any such services must be separately agreed and provided through an appropriate, lawful arrangement.
We handle client information and documents with appropriate care and in accordance with applicable confidentiality and data protection requirements. Information may be shared where necessary to carry out an authorised check, engage an agreed service provider or comply with a legal obligation.
Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive personal information. We will explain any additional documentation required for your engagement.
Yes. You can contact us with the information available. We will assess whether the proposed check can proceed, identify any additional information needed and explain any limitations that missing documents may create.
We will report relevant findings within the agreed scope and explain their potential significance where appropriate. Depending on the issue, we may recommend obtaining additional documents, conducting further searches, arranging a specialist inspection or seeking professional advice before proceeding.
The final decision to proceed, renegotiate or withdraw from a transaction remains yours.
Absolutely. That is one of the most important times to carry out due diligence. Where practicable, complete the relevant checks before making a substantial payment, signing binding documents or otherwise committing yourself to the transaction.
Contact DealCheckng through our official communication channels and tell us what you want to verify. We will guide you on the information required, confirm the proposed scope and provide a quotation.
Before you buy. Before you invest. Before you sign. DealCheck it.
